The Audit, Discovery Phase and Brand Strategy
We’ll begin by diving deep into research and discovery, then present you with a comprehensive deck that includes brand strategy, vision and positioning. We’ll identify integral pieces to your brand, like your brand story, unique voice, ideal client, brand tone, values and much more.
During the initial phase, we’ll uncover deep insights about your brand and business, developing your story, positioning and vision and starting to explore the specific strategy we’ll move forward with.
Creative Direction and Moodboards
Based on the brand strategy we’ve developed, we build that into a creative direction that becomes a visual encapsulation of your brand’s voice, tone, look and feel as we explore various references and ideas to bring the strategy to life. This essential step will help us set the broad direction for the visual identity, and allow you to be involved with our process at a very early stage.

phase Two — design
Brand Design and Presentation
Once the discovery phase is approved, we’ll use the brand strategy and creative direction as a roadmap to start working on your design development.
After exploring various ideas and concepts, we pick the strongest direction and present it to you via an in-depth design presentation that includes a logo, secondary logo, brand mark, colour palette, type treatment and other unique branding elements as needed. In order to help you visualize how all the elements of your brand will come together, we’ll mock up some examples of your brand in use, which is where the vision starts to come together and the magic happens.
Once presented, we revise until perfect, and then we’ll build out the rest of your package based on the custom design package we’ve built for you and any additional design assets and brand collateral you have chosen for your brand.

phase three — develop
Brand Launch and Project Wrap
Following your final design approvals, we’ll begin packaging and organizing your final files for print and web use. And to ensure you feel confident using your new brand, we’ll create a comprehensive Brand Standards and Style Guide for you to reference as you apply your brand.
If you’ve decided to work with us on any additional a la carte options, we’ll also begin that process. And then we celebrate!
