HAPPY HOUR . SPARKLING TARRAGON LEMONADE

We are very excited to announce a new feature we will be doing monthly on the blog, entitled "Happy Hour"! We have always loved building up our own personal bars with vintage glasses, fun stir sticks and yummy liqueurs and we thought it would be fun to share some of our favourite recipes with all of you! We had a staff meeting at the new studio this week so we thought it would be the perfect time to try out our first cocktail, 'Sparkling Tarragon Vodka Lemonade'. It was our first time using St.Germain, an elderflower liqueur, and we loved it! This cocktail is a perfect drink for summer with it's light and delicious flavours. It's not complicated and has minimal ingredients, making it a great one to whip up for a patio session with friends. Below is the recipe, enjoy!
