Holiday Party Style
At this time of year (only two weeks until Christmas!), we find that most people coming into the shop are either looking for gifts or their fix of holiday party style. We released our holiday lookbook, 'Sparkle Season', last week, and just like the name implies, it was packed with lots of party-ready pieces that are perfect for all your holiday needs.
It can be fun to switch things up and instead of a dress, choose a dressed-up bustier that opens up a number of styling opportunities.
Finders Keepers Jump Then Fall Bustier // We love any style that boasts versatility and personality, and this piece is a wardrobe staple that will take you from the office, to a concert, to your fanciest holiday party. A structured, strapless bustier with a pointed sweetheart neckline and a low V-neckline. The bustier features an unexposed zip and a side split. Pair it with boyfriend denim and heels for a downtown vibe, or a highwaisted pencil skirt for a more uptown look.
Parker dresses are always clear favourites for the holidays or any special occasion, and it's easy to see why with their gorgeous embellishment and nod to an era of glamour and excitement.
Parker Allegra Dress // A stunning party dress for any occasion, we’ve fallen in love with this embellished little black dress. Ostrich feathers float around the hem of a beaded silk-chiffon dress, lending whimsy to a ’20s-inspired dress. A buttoned keyhole closes the back, fully lined. Keep it simple and add some sparkly earrings.
A classic party dress that is begging to be taken out on the dance floor, this metallic number has become a fast favourite at the shop this season.
Ladakh Opulence Brocade Dress // Prepare to be dazzled as various hues of blue, purple, black, and gold blossom into an exquisite floral brocade with just the right amount of shimmer. A black banded waist matches elegant black trim around the sleeveless bodice, rounded neckline, and at the hem of a darling full skirt. Exposed back zipper. Skirt is lined. Add a statement necklace and fun black pumps and you’re all set for your next party.
