Styled Shoot // Mermaid Dreams

Sometimes, you just need an excuse to create something beautiful, and when your friend and designer extraordinaire mentions an idea for a mermaid-inspired shoot, there's nothing to do but say "yes" and start pulling together the dreamy details.

This is exactly what happened when Breeyn came to me with the idea for our Seafoam shoot, inspired by the most magical turquoise hair of our friend Alena and brought to life by a collection of Breeyn's creations. Dresses adorned with shimmering iridescent sequins and woven with intricate layers of ocean-hued yarn quickly brought to life our concept, and we put together a little dream team of creatives to help tell our story.
