A Black and White Affair

The past couple of days have been busy at Bicyclette, unpacking boxes and merchandising the shop with all the new arrivals. Though our racks and displays always tend to be filled with a variety of prints and no shortage of colour (we're especially loving pale pastels, jewel tones and pops of hot pink at the moment), this shipment included a lot of neutrals, with shades of ivory and black, rich in textures and details that make them anything but boring. Faux fur vests that are quite possibly the softest thing we've ever touched and embellished with hints of crystal sparkle at the neckline, black lace tanks and dresses edged in faux leather that add a hint of sexiness to any ensemble, the perfect black faux leather jacket that is the perfect layering piece, and cozy knits that feature sheer panels at the back and beg to be creatively layered... just to name a few favourites.

As we style outfits for shoots, merchandise new displays in the shop and add new items to the online shop, we pulled a little inspiration that has us excited to get creative with our fall outfits and play around with mixing textures and layering.
