Love Notes // Vol. 12

// I love design projects where a pre-existing brand is reimagined, and this Harper's Bazaar redesign caught my eye, with it's simple black and white type juxtaposed with dreamy, high fashion imagery. I would totally pick this up if I saw it on the newsstand, and I love that though it's a modern take on the magazine, it also has nods to minimalism design styles from the past.

// For every Love Notes post, there's usually one image included that I simply just love, and this week it's this pink hair and fur collar combo.

// Yes, I'm still in new apartment mode, and no, that probably won't end anytime soon. The good news is, that means I'm constantly on the hunt for pretty products and dreamy decor, and this week's find comes in the form of these Paper & Clay pastel ice cream bowls. Made by hand, these ceramic bowls are the perfect size for a few scoops of your favourite flavour, or whatever else suits your fancy.

// You've probably seen the greenery covered neon "Things will be fine" sign from Dinosaur Coffee in LA pop up on Instagram over the past few months, and I'd be lying if I said I hadn't added this to my LA must visit list solely for that reason, but this post gives us a peek further into the well-designed coffee shop.

// You may have noticed a new board pop up on Pinterest for a creative shoot I'm working on with Steph Martyniuk for Loversland (did you see their Girl Crushpost, by the way?). Bridal inspiration with a Bicyclette twist. This shoot, by a few of my favourite west coast wedding industry vendors, definitely has the right idea, and I'm swooning over that fringe leather jacket long stems blooms.

// You had me at rock candy. A twist on a childhood favourite, this version is rose flavoured and includes tiny gold stars, so it's really no surprise that I'm smitten. So many possibilities!
