Pastel Pool Party // Part 1

To say we're excited to release the photos from our Pastel Pool Party would be a minor understatement. It's such a surreal feeling when you spend so much time working on a large scale project and then finally see it come together and exceed all of your wildest, sparkliest dreams. Of course we have a ridiculous number of gorgeous photos courtesy of Scarlet O'Neill, so we're going to be treating you to a few posts over the next little so we can share each and every special detail.

From our first meeting at the beginning of the summer, Alyssa and I agreed that we wanted to throw a really magical party that brought together our styles and called upon our inner California girls. Tying together a few of our favourite summer things, like hot pink flamingos, shades of pastel, and dreamy confetti with pretty party necessities like a never ending supply of delicious treats, colourful fresh flowers, tropical cocktails and balloons everywhere, it wasn't hard to pull together the details for the ultimate summer bash. We called upon many of our favourite vendors to help us out, so there's a lot of creativity and talent within this shoot that really took it to the next level. And of course the icing on the cake was having it debuted on The Glitter Guide yesterday.
